I was nervous about ordering such an important piece of furniture online without having seen it or sat on it first. I took the plunge because I couldn't find a set I liked more than the Sorrento, especially for the money. It took about 5-6 weeks to arrive. I shipped in container via freight. the shipper called e to arrange the delivery appointment and they came when they said the would. I upgraded our elivery to white gove service and the two delivery guys brought the set in. unwrapped it and set it up where I wanted it in no time at all. they were professional and friendly. The sofa's colour is exactly as pictured online and it fit in perfectly wit the color scheme I had been imagining for our living room. It is very comfortable to sit on or recline on, in the chaise portion. My husband finds the cushions a bit too fim but I am completely happy with them. The set is firm however you will not sink into the seats but I find it perfectly comfy. the leather feels and looks like high quality leather. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Whn we initially had some difficulties with the delivery scheduling the representatives at LaFurniture store were very attentive and orked ith us to resolv the situation. I was pleased with how tey resolved our early issues with delivery and I am very pleased with the look, qualiyty and feel of the set. We get lots of compliments on the beautifu sleek loo of te sectional :o)
