About the Role

We are looking for creative, confident, and sales-driven Social Media & Sales Associates to join our Los Angeles-area stores and Houston showroom.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera and speaking with customers. You will create engaging social content, connect with prospective customers online, and turn interest into sales through thoughtful, personalized follow-up.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands what makes content feel current, and knows how to build genuine customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish engaging social media content, including Reels, Stories, photos, videos, and graphics
• Capture showroom content featuring new arrivals, bestselling pieces, design details, and the LA Furniture experience
• Write clear, engaging captions and promotional messaging that reflect our brand voice
• Respond promptly to social media comments, direct messages, and product inquiries
• Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the purchasing process
• Identify qualified leads through social media and collaborate with the showroom sales team
• Follow up with interested customers and convert online engagement into sales
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and relevant design content
• Support brand awareness through consistent, thoughtful, and visually compelling content
• Review content and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, retail sales, or a related role
• A strong visual eye and genuine interest in furniture, interiors, and modern design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with prospective customers and closing sales
• A proactive, personable, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
• Basic photo and video editing skills preferred
• Experience using social media insights or marketing data is a plus
• Furniture, interior design, or luxury retail experience is preferred but not required

Delivery Truck Driver and Furniture Assembly Personnel
Location: Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas

The Furniture Delivery Driver position involves working 10 hour days of driving to and from customers' homes, and installing furniture.

• Must have clean driving record with minimal to no traffic tickets
• Must have a valid Class C driver's license
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Must pass background check
• Hourly paid position with bonuses on successful deliveries

Duties includes but are not limited to: furniture assembly, lifting furniture into and out of customer's homes, driving a box truck, reading driving instructions, following safe driving and lifting procedures, using furniture delivery equipment, completing delivery paper work.
