Care Instructions: Clean frames with mild detergent diluted in lukewarm water. Rinse with clean water and let dry thoroughly. Avoid strong detergents and abrasive cleaners. Never use a solvent type cleaning solution. Upon purchase, we recommend to protect your cushions with a waterproofing agent. Upon purchase of wood furniture, protect them from the elements by treating them with the appropriate products. It is suggested to store cushions when not in use. Never store the cushions when wet nor seal them in plastic bags. Furniture must always be protected to avoid damage. The best way to maintain the beauty of your furniture is to cover it with outdoor furniture covers during the summer season. During any period of frost, even during spring, furniture should be stored or protected against water or snow in a dry, covered place. Our furniture is not guaranteed against frost

WGD ( White Glove Delivery)

All local deliveries can be provided via White glove delivery (Within 60 miles of our warehouse) Pricing is dependent on the order.

White-Glove deliveries include:
The product will be brought to the room of choice
We will provide a complete assembly for all products in the order
All trash related to the delivery will be removed from the residence

All delivery time frames are provided 24 H before the delivery date.
The customer must confirm the delivery when contacted via the phone or a text message.
All deliveries must be confirmed in a timely manner. All unconfirmed deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available delivery date and time.

The customer is responsible for an inspection at the time of delivery and any claims filed after the time of inspection will be at the discretion of LA Furniture.

Curbside

All orders outside of the local delivery radius will be delivered via curbside delivery.
Once the order is placed and complete payment is applied we will be contacting the customer with the shipping information as well as with delivery acceptance procedures.
The delivery will be done to the customers curbside.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product at the time of the delivery as instructed by our Sales Team.
In a slight chance of any damage discovered after delivery, all claims must be filed within 48h after the delivery.

Local Pickup:

All customers are able to pick up their orders from the relevant warehouse located in LA.
In order to be able to collect your product from either location, the name of the person picking it up must be located on the order.
A valid ID and an order number must be provided to the warehouse when requesting the product for pickup. Please email this information to [email protected]
