Sales Order & Invoice Limitations
Each sales order/invoice is valid for up to $25,000. If the total purchase exceeds this amount example $30,000 including the protection plan, you must split it into two separate orders one for $25,000 and the other for the remaining amount.
Protection Plan Credit Guarantee
If no claims are filed during the 5-year coverage period, the customer will receive full store credit equal to the cost of the protection plan.
Customer Guidelines & Requirements
- Damage must be reported within 30 days of discovery
- If the customer relocates, they must inform Uniters of their new address.
- Initial response time from Uniters: within 48 hours
- Claim processing time: up to 2 weeks
- If a product is replaced, a new protection plan must be purchased for the replacement.
- If the damaged item cannot be repaired or replaced, the customer will receive store credit to select a replacement item.
