The bed itself it super nice. Unfortunately it was shipped missing one of the five boxes which took an additional month to get in. Additionally one of the boxes with the hardware was torn apart upon arrival. -

Love the bed, the delivery crew was great. Unfortunately the footboard came with a large chunk cracked off, so customer service is sending a replacement and will have the delivery crew replace the broken part. Other than that, the only negative for us is that we have a 14” mattress which is much larger than the mattress in the photo, so no much of the headboard actually extends up past the mattress.
Even still, we are very happy with the bed and are looking forward to having the broken part replaced.
