I bought this sectional almost 2 years ago. The only problem I have is the deep color red that the picture shows, is not the actual color. The color is actually an orange-red, and even after 2 years, it has not deepend to the color red in the pic. Also, the customer service was horrible! Very unprofessional! They wanted to charge me $700 to ship it back, plus like a 30% restocking fee, this was all told to me while the delivery guys were in my house with the sectional still in plastic. Because I didnt want to be out of $1000, i kept it, but the week following i talked to this guys several times, and it was literally the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Overall the sectional grew on me, and i had a party with about 10 people sitting on that, so it holds up well. If orange-red or a brighter red than what the pic shows is ok with you, i would definetly recommend this. Oh, and its also a lot cheaper than it was when i bought it... lol... so go for it.
