The Lorena Smart TV unit is a state of the art entertainment center that was meticulously designed for space efficiency and organization. Finished in a wenge veneer with stainless steel legs, the multi-storage unit includes 2 drop down hidden compartments on the sides, a glass remote control friendly pull down door with gas lift mechanism on its center, followed by 2 pull out drawers on the bottom. The back panel is placed with magnets so it can be easily detached for ease of access to cables and consoles with adjustable shelves and ventilation slots for electronics. The body is suspended by the sturdy black powder coated stainless steel structure and it’s flushed to the top surface gives it a unique look and design. Original design by Alan Soria

WGD ( White Glove Delivery)

All local deliveries can be provided via White glove delivery (Within 60 miles of our warehouse) Pricing is dependent on the order.

White-Glove deliveries include:
The product will be brought to the room of choice
We will provide a complete assembly for all products in the order
All trash related to the delivery will be removed from the residence

All delivery time frames are provided 24 H before the delivery date.
The customer must confirm the delivery when contacted via the phone or a text message.
All deliveries must be confirmed in a timely manner. All unconfirmed deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available delivery date and time.

The customer is responsible for an inspection at the time of delivery and any claims filed after the time of inspection will be at the discretion of LA Furniture.

Curbside

All orders outside of the local delivery radius will be delivered via curbside delivery.
Once the order is placed and complete payment is applied we will be contacting the customer with the shipping information as well as with delivery acceptance procedures.
The delivery will be done to the customers curbside.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product at the time of the delivery as instructed by our Sales Team.
In a slight chance of any damage discovered after delivery, all claims must be filed within 48h after the delivery.

Local Pickup:

All customers are able to pick up their orders from the relevant warehouse located in LA.
In order to be able to collect your product from either location, the name of the person picking it up must be located on the order.
A valid ID and an order number must be provided to the warehouse when requesting the product for pickup. Please email this information to [email protected]
