The table is beautiful, heavy and sturdy. It fits six fairly wide dining chairs perfectly. The most wonderful part was customer service. This table was supposed to arrive just before thanksgiving. When I wasn’t receiving any updates, I contacted customer service and they escalated the issue. A few days later, I received a notification that the table would arrive just after Thanksgiving. I reached out via chat and asked if there was any way they could squeeze in a delivery today, the day before Thanksgiving. I got distracted and wasn’t able to come back to the chat. However, a few hours later, I got a notification that my delivery date changed to early this morning. I am extremely appreciative wonderful customer service. This is not the first time that I’ve had an issue and it’s been resolved beautifully. I don’t normally do a lot of reviewing or commenting, however, customer rep Martha deserves the mention.
