This chair is gorgeous. And very comfortable the white glove delivery service didn’t work out so well, they put the back of the chair on backwards and it sat in my living room for a week unusable. Eventually, he did refund 20% of the chair so I could hire someone else to come uninstall the back of the chair and reinstall it properly, if they could have just sent me a PDF manual, I could have done it myself. I would’ve given five stars for this chair had the delivery not been such a debacle and taken over two weeks to resolve. Thank you, please
