I bought this bed 5 years ago. It looks very shick and beautiful. Its shiny finish as most italian traditional furniture. It is not real wood though but price is not cheap. I love the furniture only downside is that it is too sharp on the corners, so be careful not to pocke yourself. I filed the corners with filer and its better. The bed frame is not too sturdy it moves if you jump on it or have other activities ;). Anyway other than that its good furniture.
About customer service:
They are awful, the bedframe I bought had damage/defect. The store manager didn't care about that till I initiated that I will take it to court. After back and fourth arguements he finally agreed to exchange the damaged piece.
