I was very skeptical while placing this order by just looking at the sofa set online. But, I was elated when I saw the sofa set physically after having it delivered at home.
It matched up to my imagination after reading the description and looking at the picture on the website.
Also, I found the Sales Rep. (Nayri) very pleasing and responsive to all my questions and doubts. When I picked up the phone to talk to her, I was only 50% sure about purchasing this sofa set. But after talking to her I wanted to do it.
The delivery guys were very friendly too, and helped us determine how and where we want to place the sofa set. They were very willing to try different positions, places etc. without a hint of carelessness.
I would strongly recommend LA furniture to my friends and colleagues.
