Do you create customized rugs for a particular size like something around 7'x9' to 7'11'?

Right now, we are not offering any customized rugs but we are planning to do so in the near future. You can send us your request with the proper size at: sales@lafurniturestore.com and we will see what best we can do.

Is there any warranty on the Jute rugs on offer?

"No. We don't offer any warranty on any of the rugs. Of course, if you receive your rug with holes in it or with stitiching mis-match or any other problems then we do have a replacement policy in place. You can check our replacement/returns policy here.

Jute is a natural/organic product and is extremely durable. We have never received a complaint so far on any of the jute rugs and they can last you a lifetime. Our Jute rugs can be washed as well as vacuumed."

Why does the Amelia, Arsana, and Adhira rug colors look faded? Are they seconds?

No. They are not seconds. We have manufactured them and they are fresh out of the factory. Extremely high quality rugs, the colors have a dull look on them, which is quite in fashion. Don't worry about the quality of the rugs as they will last you a lifetime and are completely organic/natural as they are made from jute.

I checked the full size alternate view of ART3677-576 and I didn't understand the design?

The design in the ART3677-576 and similar rugs is a handwoven abstract design. It is different in many ways from Adhira or Amelia rugs in several ways. The most important aspect of this rug is that it is made of leather and hence more comforatable and soft. It can be easily cleaned and vacuumed as well. "Chenille is a type of fabric mostly made from cored yarn. Chenille is not named after a type of fiber but named after a process. Since the fibers of Chenille have different ways of catching light hence they will look different from different directions and this is one quality that makes Chenille rugs look so extraordinary. How is the Art 5' x 7'6" (ART3581-576) jute rug different from the Adhira or Amelia jute rugs?

The primary difference is that the Art 5' x 7'6" jute rugs are hand knotted cut pile rugs. These rugs have been self bound, which has led to curling formations on the rug surface.
