    All local deliveries can be provided via White glove delivery (Within 60 miles of our warehouse) Pricing is dependent on the order.

    White-Glove deliveries include:
    The product will be brought to the room of choice
    We will provide a complete assembly for all products in the order
    All trash related to the delivery will be removed from the residence

    All delivery time frames are provided 24 H before the delivery date.
    The customer must confirm the delivery when contacted via the phone or a text message.
    All deliveries must be confirmed in a timely manner. All unconfirmed deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available delivery date and time.

    The customer is responsible for an inspection at the time of delivery and any claims filed after the time of inspection will be at the discretion of LA Furniture.

    Curbside

    All orders outside of the local delivery radius will be delivered via curbside delivery.
    Once the order is placed and complete payment is applied we will be contacting the customer with the shipping information as well as with delivery acceptance procedures.
    The delivery will be done to the customers curbside.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product at the time of the delivery as instructed by our Sales Team.
    In a slight chance of any damage discovered after delivery, all claims must be filed within 48h after the delivery.

    Local Pickup:

    All customers are able to pick up their orders from the relevant warehouse located in LA.
    In order to be able to collect your product from either location, the name of the person picking it up must be located on the order.
    A valid ID and an order number must be provided to the warehouse when requesting the product for pickup. Please email this information to [email protected]

    Warehouse pickups are available by appointment only.

      I love the look of this sofa in my large living room. I've owned it for a few weeks and the construction of the sectional is sturdy and heavy (as it should be). All the sections have low metal brackets that connect each piece together and this thing isn't unintentionally sliding anywhere on its own.

      I would classify this as firm instead of the advertised medium softness. Despite the firmness it is still comfortable to recline in. I like to lean waaaay back on the sections without headrests. The low back of this sofa supports the back cushions well and also allows for 25 different ways to sprawl out. (LOL)

      I missed the recliners that my old sofa had and actually purchased two leather movie theater recliners that I plunked in between the t35's lounge and the straight back section, luckily they matched the t35 perfectly and paired with the t35 make for an ultimate movie seating area.

      Overall I would recommend this purchase to a friend and am happy with my purchase.

      I purchase this sofa after falling in love with it online. The sofa is very nice and actually comes in 4 pieces. You can rearrange the sofa as you like. Very nice qualify and price for the sectional sofa. Love it!
