What kind of leather do you offer?
TopWe offer 3 different options of leather. Full leather, half leather, and bonded leather. Full leather means that the entire leather sectional sofa or the leather sofa set is made of real leather. Half leather means that the front of the sofa, where your body touches is real leather and the back of the sofa is made of durable leather match material. Bonded leather means that the leather was recycled and went through a special process that is environmentally safe.
Are the sofas customizable?
TopMost of the sofa sets and sectional sofas are customizable. If you see a special order color samples chart under the picture of the sofa that means that you can get this sofa in a different color. Usually the color that you see in the picture we have in stock. If you would like to order it in a different color, this would take about 6 to 8 weeks for you to receive it. Also, there is an extra 10% charge for any special order color. Another type of customization that can be done for you on the modern sofas is a change in dimensions. You can customize the dimensions of a sectional sofa in order to fit your space. Since you are not able to make any custom orders online, please call us at 866-397-0933 for any custom orders.
Do I have to order the entire sofa set?
TopIf you don’t want to order the entire 3 piece sofa set, which includes sofa, loveseat, chair, and sometimes includes a 4th piece such as an ottoman or a coffee table, it can be done, but only on certain models. For example, you can order 2 of the pieces or just one or perhaps you might even want an extra piece. This depends on the availability; therefore please call us at 866-397-0933 to inquire if you can make this type of purchase for the set that you like.
Is this sofa set and sectional sofa comfortable?
TopAll of the seats and backs of our sofas and sectionals have high density (1.9) foam under the cushions and backs to give comfort and support.
Can I get a leather color sample or fabric color sample for a sofa set or sectional sofa?
TopYes, you can receive a color sample. We send color samples through regular US mail and you will have them in about 2 to 3 days. If you wish to receive a sample please call us at 866-397-0933. We will ask for your name, mailing address, and the color sample(s) you wish to receive.
When will my items be shipped?
TopAll orders are shipped via ground carriers. Items usually ship within 3-5 days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Deliveries can take an additional 1-3 weeks after the shipping date, depending on location. Our carriers will contact you a day or two prior to arrival to set up a delivery time frame with you.
