We have used the following types of wood and their finish to create different shape, structure, and designs in Living room furniture.

The types of wood and finish used include:

1) Mahogany: It is one of the most common types of wood used for creating furniture products. It is considered as one of the most valuable types of Timber tree and varies from red color to yellow, pink, salmon, reddish brown, and rich red. One of the main reasons for using Mahogany for making furniture is that it has fine to medium texture and uniform to interlocking grain. Due to the curly irregularities found in it's grain, it is used widely for creating attractive figures and to give furniture a modern or abstract shape. The second important reason for using Mahogany is that when polished, it exudes a high luster and great finish.

2) Walnut: Walnut is another very commonly used type of wood and finish that is always in high demand in the furniture industry. It adds a lot of finesse and brings a classic feel to any type of home decor. Considered to be a valuable type of timber, Walnut is hard, tight-grained, and dense. Hence, they are highly durable and last for several decades. The color of Walnut wood can vary from white to dark chocolate, dark brown, and purple-brown. Walnut polish exudes a very smooth finish.

Apart from this, we have extensively used laminated veneer for coffee tables and chairs and other living room furniture. Veneer is a small slice of wood of around 3mm and we have used it for decorative edging, and other purposes. We mostly have Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) living room furniture products.

What material have you used to make the TV Stands?

We have used different types of materials for different styles or TV stands. Most of the TV stands have been made from a combination of Birch, Veneer, glass, antique brass and brushed chrome. We have used Birch as the wooden base for the shelves and the stand in itself because it is fine-grained and has a pale color, which offers an attractive sheen. The drawer knobs are of brushed chrome. The main types of veneer used by us include ash veneer and walnut/wenge veneer. We have used two types of glass in the TV Stands and Entertainment centers and they are plain glass and colored glass. Most of our modern Entertainment centers have been created using colored glass.

Do you offer coffee tables made from wood or steel?

If you are looking for something that is stylish, durable, and simple then the combination of glass and wood is the best. But if you are looking for something that is stylish, colorful, heavy, and durable then the combination of stone and wood is incomparable. If you are looking for something more traditional then a complete wooden coffee table would be most suitable.

I am looking for a tradition art/design from Chinese or Japanese art in a room divider. Is it available?

Yes. We have quite a few Chinese or Japanese designs available in room dividers that portray simple forms of art. Each of these room dividers portray decorative accent piece with floral motif or nature related motifs. These room dividers have been created using cherry wood, natural wood, and black wood finish. The motifs are printed on Authentic Japanese Shoji Screens. Each of these room dividers solid wood Koshita bottom panel and the famous Kumiko Grid work. Our Japanese Shoji Screens have been created in the traditional Japanese way, which is using rice paper that is applied with rice glue. Our Japanese Shoji screens have a thickness of 2mm.

I want to use my Room Divider as a showcase as well. Do you think that is feasible?

Yes. In fact, we have several designs of room dividers that can be used as a utility rack as well. Depending on our requirement, you can choose fine room dividers with drawers, slots, and simple book case or racks. It is very much feasible and offers more utility per sq ft of space. I need a snack table or chair in Ottoman. What are my options?

The Ottoman speaks high on style, class, and feel. Our range of Ottoman consists of mostly individually hand sewn leather. We have used Aniline dyed leather and bycast Brown Leather that feels smooth and looks beautiful as well. We have hand-stitched designs in squares on the Ottoman and they are available in different sizes from perfect squares to modern rectangles and diamond or Zen Cube designs. We have wrapped our Ottoman's in poly dacron so that you can enjoy its long-term durability.
