Order
If you want to order any product from our website call Toll free 866-397-0933 or (323) 679 4718. For any additional information
please email at info@lafurniturestore.com. You will receive an "order confirmation" email or by fax within 24 business hours of placing your order. The email/fax confirmation will serve as your invoice. If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us. Be sure to include your email address/fax number and details of the order. We will send a new confirmation to you.
Special Order
We require 50% deposit for special orders. The rest of the balance should be paid before we ship out product for you. Specials orders can not be cancelled.
Delay
Delays in production and shipping may occur. If a delay occurs, don`t panic. We will give you our best estimate regarding delivery dates. This is our best estimate only. There is no exact delivery time for trans-Atlantic shipping (Italian furniture) and there is no exact delivery date for ground shipping in the USA. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Due to increased security by governments, customs delay may also occur, which is beyond our control.
·Delivery
We Offer Nationwide delivery to any 48 US. We are glad to offer our new program. For satisfaction of our customers we offer White Glove Delivery for ONLY $299 flat nationwide delivery (Sofa sets ONLY). White glove delivery applies scheduling appointment, bringing inside room of choice, light assembly of the furniture and debris removal.
Delivery in Los Angeles Area. We offer FREE delivery in Great Los Angeles for orders more than $1500. Installation is extra. For deliveries within California please contact us to get a quote.
All furniture except sofa sets are subject of curbside delivery . Curbside delivery by definition means the trucking service will park in front of your delivery address and you will need to receive the product from the back of the truck. If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns, claims and insurance. We also offer in-home delivery. We ship with proffessional delivery company. An inside delivery, or an "in-home delivery" does not mean white glove delivery & only means that the package is brought into your home. In the event that you need a service to bring the merchandise in your home and/or assemble it, LA Furniture Store can help you locate a moving company to do the job for an additional fee. All inside services are provided by independent companies.
·Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well
as any other warranty required by law.
Return/Exchange
Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping
damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of
any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping
damages beyond this point. There is a 30% restocking fee on
merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a
product defect or damage.
